Spring Cleaning ( Transformation and Testimonial)

We couldn’t be more proud of our girl Dakota (pictured below and in featured image). She came to us committed to getting healthier and working toward the physique/strength/confidence that she wanted. In four short weeks she accomplished the transformation you see below. By following our Coach Katie’s Nutrition guidance and being consistent with her training – she has seen awesome results! These results are possible for anyone who is feeling the desire to spring clean their physiques and set their nutrition right!


The following story is from Sharon – one of our dedicated members who initially found us and trained in one of our 6 week programs! She has had awesome results!

One of my favorite sayings is “it’s not the years in your life that matter, it’s the life in your years.”  Growing up I was always active in sports and stayed active and fit until I had my 3rd child 16 years ago.  From that point I have battled with weight and self-esteem issues that followed due to leading a sedentary life style and not having the best eating habits.  Things only got worse with baby #4.  I tried exercising intermittently and ate the best I could considering a crazy busy life.  However,for the last 9 years, I have had no exercise in my life at all so starting Fit Camp was a big leap for me.  I was excited but nervous.  I didn’t realize how much would change when I started that journey 3 ½ months ago.  I’ve lost a total of 25 pounds and as of a month ago, 19 inches.  I’m sure it is more now.  My clothes are falling off me and people are noticing the change.  But more important to me than that is that I have life back in my years!  I have energy and self-confidence I haven’t had in over 10 years.  I feel good about myself and I have energy for my family.  I’m happy.  My headaches have all but disappeared and I feel like I have regained my health and my life!  I can’t imagine not working out here anymore.  I look forward to every work out.  I have made friends here and I love the coaching staff.  They have been so supportive and positive every day.  They have encouraged and pushed.  They have listened and cared. And they have celebrated my success.  Fit Camp also gave me the incentive to return to the good nutrition I knew, but had lost the motivation to keep up with.  I don’t think I would have seen the results without combining the nutrition with the exercise!  Fit Camp gave me the tools to eat right and put together a complete package for me.  I also know that this is a long-term commitment for me.  This wasn’t and isn’t a 6-week program.  It’s my  new way of living…eating to live and exercising for life.  I love it!  I love working out at Palo Cedro Cross Fit and I can’t wait to keep getting stronger, fitter and healthier!
