  • Country Strong Strength & Conditioning

    Lean out, build muscle, work your core, lift your glutes and PERFORM BETTER.  Our Country Strong Strength and Conditioning program is designed for all fitness levels, 13yr. old and up, back problems, knee problems, shoulder problems, etc. are all welcome.  If you are new to CrossFit or someone looking for that extra “push” in the gym, join CSSC. You will benefit from a 1hr class pumped with professional instruction, safe coaching, hard work, and a lot of sweat!  Similar to a “Fundamentals Course,” we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basics of functional movement, get you familiarized with proper body mechanics and technique and get your body PRIMED FOR LIFE. Our Country Strong Strength and Conditioning program is designed to ensure your success. We cover  our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications/scaling, regulating individual intensity, class flow, and nutrition. It is the perfect way to ease into the community of our CrossFit box, as well as receive specific and individual coaching that meets you where you are at.

  • CrossFit Group Class

    The backbone of the program is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness.   • Spring Training

    Spring Training is a 6 week program designed to establish a solid baseline of healthy eating, strength and conditioning. There is an emphasis on clean, nutrient packed eating that will launch an athlete’s gains in aesthetics and performance. All six weeks involves nutrition coaching as well as gender specific programming
