This December’s focus in our program is Most Improved Athlete.

Each individual who steps into PCCF is an athlete.

Why? Because we all have a body, mind, and spirit.

Now, are we all athletes like Rich Froning or Camille Leblanc? No. However, we can become the highest caliber athlete and ascend to the highest fitness level that we are allowed – within the genetics we’ve been gifted and what our own minds will allow us to accomplish.

The DEFINITION of athlete is “a person who is proficient in sports or any other form of exercise.”

Sit and ponder – if your mind will comprehend – that you are in fact allowed and owe it to yourself to become the BEST POSSIBLE version of yourself. If we do not control our thoughts, our thoughts will control us.

Facing your fears and conquering them.

Facing and conquering your fears  is one of the only true ways we can know and see our success. It is calling progress and growth into our future.  Once we beat one fear down, it allows us to beat the next one down, and then another, and another. One wall knocked down -that once looked huge – looks inconsequential compared to the realization of what YOU ARE capable of conquering.

Facing fear gives us momentum.

To succeed in facing and beating your fears means that we are thriving in this life experiment.

So, in the great month of December, in the year 2016, DECIDE (Latin root meaning  “to cut off from”) to sever yourself from any  possibility other than success.

DECIDE TO NO LONGER BE A SLAVE TO FEAR.

CONQUER THE THINGS THAT YOU ARE NOT THE BEST AT!

For Most Improved Athlete:                                                                     December 5th is Test Day – all classes.
Skill days to improve upon Test Day movements –                       December 8th/12th/15th/20th/23rd/27th.
December 30th is Re-Test Day – all classes.
