CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Since then it has evolved to be an all inclusive fitness program for people of any athletic capability. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, sports, and life all reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our armed forces, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

If you’re trying CrossFit for the first time, you’ll start with our Intro Session where you’ll get a small taste of how our classes are run and what the workouts are like. Then, go into our Fundamentals program, a 4-week-long training experience that gets you prepared for our regular classes. In these classes, we make sure you can execute movements soundly and efficiently. Here, your coach has the opportunity get to know you and how to help you make quick progress. You'll learn the basic movements during these sessions and as you demonstrate proficiency in our regular classes, we'll add on appropriate intensity and complexity. The coaches of are always with you to make sure every workout is tailored appropriately to your level. And when you’re ready to enter our regular classes, they’ll be sure to be your biggest cheerleaders.
In short, yes, CrossFit can be dangerous. But not in the ways you might think. With improper coaching, unkept equipment, and a misguided attitude, CrossFit can be very dangerous – but so can riding your bike, driving your car, or even running recreationally without proper training. A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD everyday.
Experienced CrossFitters are always welcome to drop into our classes! Our daily drop-in rate is $20, or a purchase of a t-shirt. Our weekly rate is $50.
Yes, we understand that group classes might not be the right fit for everyone. So if your individual circumstances require a personalized schedule, programming or other, personal training is the way to go.
